COVID-19
Royal Mail is working hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail in unprecedented times. However, despite their best endeavours, some areas of the country continue to experience varying levels of delivery disruption and servere delays. This is due to the effects of Coronavirus-related absences and necessary social distancing measures, such as reducing the number of people together in shared spaces and vehicles. They’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum, while keeping their people and customers safe.
Although we understand just how frustrating this can be, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail (these delays are out of our control). Please take this into consideration before making placing an order. Also, please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your order.
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail's 1st class delivery (your parcel will fit through the letter box, so no need to wait in) and you will receive a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY
All UK orders:
- Royal Mail 1St Class (usually 1 to 2 working days) £3.50
- Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (usually 1 to 2 working days) £4.50
EU orders:
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (usually 3 to 5 working days) £10.50
International orders:
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (usually 6 to 7 working days) £12.50
Please note: walking wilma. cannot accept responsibility for additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are payable by the customer.
