DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days. 

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail's 1^st class delivery (your parcel will fit through the letter box, so no need to wait in) and you will receive a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail (these delays are out of our control).  Therefore, please allow 10 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your order.

DELIVERY

All UK orders: 

• Royal Mail 1^St Class (usually 1 to 2 working days) £3.50
• Royal Mail Signed For 1^st Class (usually 1 to 2 working days) £4.50

EU orders: 

• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (usually 3 to 5 working days)£10.50

International orders: 

• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (usually 6 to 7 working days) £12.50

Please note: walking wilma. cannot accept responsibility for additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are payable by the customer.
