RETURNS

We operate a 14 days return policy.  Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of order and you must notify us of a return here within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, with tags still attached.

We do not accept returns made after the 14 day period or if not in the original condition with tags attached.  All items will be inspected on return.

To help us identify your return, please include the following details in your returned parcel.

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order 

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving your item(s).  If you have not heard from us after this time please contact us here for an update.  Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, we advised to return item(s) in the original packaging making sure the box is secure.

We also recommended that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office or send your item(s) via a recorded service and retain your receipt with tracking number as proof or purchases, as we are not liable for orders lost in the post.  All returns are made at your cost.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us here immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

When ordering please double check your measurements, as we don't currently offer exchanges.  If you need a different size or style simply return your original item and place a new order.

If you used a discount code on your original order please contact us here for us to provide you with another discount code for your new order.

You will be responsible for the postage cost of all returns and new orders placed.
